Next Level Gaming - Booking Policy

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

-We accept cash, check or payment via Venmo, Applepay or Cashapp. We require a 25% deposit upon booking (after completing your booking form). For any cancellations made more than 2 weeks before your scheduled party, we will refund your deposit. Anything called less than the 2 week window will not be refunded.

Final payment MUST be made in full no later than the date of the event.

-Next Level Gaming is commited to protecting your privacy. We use the information we recieve from you for booking purposes only. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to anyone.

Location:

-The client is required to provide a relatively flat and safe area for our trailer to park. Street front, cul-de-sacs or driveway parking is preferable. Our truck and trailer combination is quite long (24 feet for the trailer alone) and we need enough room to manuever into the appropriate spot. If you do not have enough space, we recommend contacting your local church, park or recreation center to see if you can have the event there. In the rare case that we arrive to the event and deem the space to be unsafe, we will request an alternate space. If none are available, we reserve the right to cancel the event without refund.

Returned Checks:

-A 40$ fee will be charged for any check that is returned due to insufficient funds.

Social Media/Pictures

-We will be taking pictures and videos at most events. Sometimes we may post these on our social media channels. If you do not wish to have your child in pictures, please let us know ahead of time so we can make sure to honor your wishes.

Weather:

-The plus side of the gaming trailer is that parties could really take place in any type of weather. Our trailer is designed for all different types of weather conditions and is insulated. We also have climate control with AC and Heating. In the event of severe whether such as a storm, lightning, snow, etc, we do reserve the right to reschedule the party. If you do not wish to reschedule and would like to cancel, we will refund you in full.

Supervised Children:

-Next Level Gaming does require that an adult be present inside or just outside the trailer at all times for children 16 years and younger. For children 5 and under, an adult must be present with them at all times.

Alcohol/Drugs:

-You may serve alcohol at any of your parties where we are present, but only to adults 21 year of age or older. We do not allow alcohol inside the trailer, but it may be consumed anywhere else. We do not tolerate the use of illegal drugs in or around our trailer. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the party without refund. No smoking inside the trailer.

Damage:

-By signing a booking form and paying our fee, you are agreeing that you have an area large enough to fit the trailer. We are not responsible for any damage to property resulting from where the client asked us to park the trailer. This includes both above and below ground property.

-Next Level Gaming reserves the right to charge the client for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from carelessness , negligence, or inappropriate behavior by guests. All liability for damages are the sole responsibility of the client.

Injury:

-Next Level Gaming and it´s employees are not responsible for injuries sustained on the client´s property or their desired location. All liability for injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host. By signing the booking form, the client is acknowledging our policy and is attesting to the fact that they will not hold Next Level Gaming or their employees responsible for any injuries sustained.

-By having Next Level Gaming at your event and signing the booking form, the participants and client agree to assume all potential risks associated with the activities: These risks may include, but are not limited to: Trips, falls, concussions, collisions, sprains, strains, fractures, bruising, cuts, heat exhaustion or dehydration.

Food/Drink:

-Absolutely no food or drink allowed inside the trailer. Food and drinks may be purchased from the trailer, but must be consumed outside. We provide tables and chairs, if desired, for guests to enjoy food and/or drinks.

Games:

-We have some games on the bus that may be rated "M" for mature audiences. You are acknowledging that there may be some games with shooting and other explicit content involved. Please take a look at our list of games and let us know if there are any you do NOT want your party to include.

Payment:

-We do not accept credit card, we take payment by check, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay or Zelle

By submitting the booking form and payment, you are acknowledging and agreeing to these terms
